Meursault | William Henry Miller // Lament For A Teenage Millionaire

Via La Blogotheque // Vimeo comes one of the latest Takeaway Shows, this time featuring my favorite Scottish band, the lo-fi acoustic indie rockers Meursault. Why do I like them so? It’s got to be the lyrics, which so often give me cause to consider things. Perhaps that doesn’t make sense, but after watching this video I really just want to sit and contemplate.

Anyway, Meursault had one of my favorite albums of 2010 with All Creatures Will Make Merry, and they seem to continue their trend of poetic, profound songwriting with the new track offered among some old ones at their Takeaway show.
